I found the air fryer cheaper here than at most other stores, and the checkout process was easy. That said, there was a bit of an issue with the order experience, and I expected someone to at least apologize for it

It was simple to use overall, but I literally got confused by the buttons a couple of times. Not a huge deal, just something that made it take a little longer than expected.

I ordered from cosori.com and the product itself is fine, no real complaints there. But the instructions were kinda just okay. A few steps felt a little rushed, and I had to go back and reread some parts more than once to figure it out. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not the easiest if it’s your first time using it. The site was fine overall too.

i was a little let down once I saw it in person. The photos on Cosori made it look a lot sleeker, but on my counter it comes across more plain and kind of bulky. The buttons and finish don’t feel as premium as I thought they would for the price. It’s not ugly, and it works fine, but appearance-wise I was expecting something more modern.

I didn’t expect to love the app this much, but wow, it’s so handy. The WiFi controls actually work great, and the timers have seriously saved me more than once while cooking.

I got the recall notice, filled out my info in maybe 5 minutes, and the replacement showed up in around a week or so. it was a lot easier than I expected, so I’m happy with how it went.

My Cosori order showed up with the box all dented and one corner ripped open. Luckily the product itself seems fine, but the packaging felt cheap for something that isn’t exactly bargain-bin priced. I don’t know, it just gave me the feeling they’re cutting corners to save a few bucks. Not a great first impression.

You can hear it running, sure, but it’s not the kind of noise that gets on your nerves. I can still watch TV in the kitchen without turning it way up. So far, I’m really happy with it
